TERMS & CONDITIONS (AGB)
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Deep Cleaning Hub GmbH including cleaning, housekeeping, moving, and painting services.
By booking a service, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer.
Incorrect details (size, floors, heavy items, no elevator) may change the final price.
Final price may be adjusted after on-site inspection.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after:
Phone confirmation OR
Written confirmation via WhatsApp / Email
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed:
Immediately after service completion OR
As per invoice (max 7 days)
Accepted payment methods:
Cash
Bank Transfer
Online payment (if available)
Late payments may incur reminder fees.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellation:
Free cancellation: 48 hours before appointment
Within 24 hours: cancellation fee may apply
Same-day cancellation: up to 50% service charge
Company cancellation:
We reserve the right to reschedule due to:
Weather
Staff illness
Force majeure
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must:
Provide correct address and access
Arrange parking permits (if required)
Inform about fragile or valuable items
Inform about heavy items (piano, safe, marble, etc.)
7. Liability
We are insured. However:
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damages
Improperly packed items by customer
Wear & tear
Electronic internal defects
Cheap IKEA-type furniture weakened by prior usage
Damage must be reported within 24 hours after service completion.
8. Cleaning Services
Cleaning results depend on:
Condition of the property
Limescale, mold, or permanent stains
We do not guarantee removal of permanent damage.
9. Moving Services (Umzug)
Customer must:
Empty drawers unless agreed
Disconnect appliances
Secure personal valuables
We do not transport:
Cash
Jewelry
Documents
Hazardous materials
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Jurisdiction: Offenbach am Main.
